摘要
Informs that the Independent Expert on the Situation of Human Rights in Haiti, Louis Joinet, has been unable to carry out his last mission to Haiti initially planned for late 2007, and that he will therefore be unable to present his report to the Human Rights Council at its 8th session in June 2008.
