Résumé
Submitted in accordance with Commission on Human Rights resolution 2002/87, the report focuses on two important developments that are expected to have an impact on the policy orientation of the Technical Cooperation Programme of the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights: the Secretary-General's programme of reform and the external global review of the programme; also reflects the serious financial situation of the UN Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights.
