Assesses the progress made since the last report (S/2002/1176) and provides details on the rule of law, jobs and economic/administrative infrastructure, the political environment, return of refugees, operation of the European Union Police Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, media development, mission implementation plan for the Office of the High Representative, and reporting schedule.
