摘要
Takes note of the articles of nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States, presented by the International Law Commission in the form of a declaration; invites Governments to take into account the provisions contained in the articles in dealing with issues of nationality of natural persons in relation to the succession of States; recommends that all efforts be made for the dissemination of the text of the articles; decides to include this item in the provisional agenda of its 59th session.
