摘要
Submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 48/141 of 20 Dec. 1993, the report provides an overview of recent developments in the implementation of economic, social and cultural rights at the international level. The overview focuses on enhancing commitments to and strengthening the implementation of economic, social and cultural rights, as well as assistance to States and building partnerships with a view to promoting and protecting these rights.
