World Programme of Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly.

Adopts the World Programme Action for Youth to the Year 2000 and Beyond, annexed hereto, as an integral part of the present resolution, including the 10 priority areas identified therein, namely, education, employment, hunger and poverty, health, environment, drug abuse, juvenile delinquency, leisure-time activities, girls and young women, and the full and effective participation of youth in the life of society and in decision-making; requests the Secretary-General to report to it at its 52nd session, through the Commission for Social Development and the Economic and Social Council, on the progress made in the implementation of the Programme of Action, taking into account the promotion of integrated reporting.
