Notes
Concerns the inscription of "Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro)" as a State party to the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights in document CCPR/C/104, states that it is only the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia or its recognized successor that should be requested to present the 4th periodic report and calls for a rectification reflecting the legal status of the successor States of the former Socialist Federal REpublic of Yugoslavia.
