Work of the United Nations Centre on Transnational Corporations.

Requests the Secretary-General, without prejudice to the negotiations on the code of conduct on transnational corporations, to study ways and means by which the Centre can take account of the preambular paragraphs of the resolution in preparing research, analyses and information and in pursuing other activities, and to report thereon to the Commission on Transnational Corporations at its 13th session.
