Authorizes an open-ended working group of the Commission on Human Rights to meet for a period of 8 working days prior to the 47th session of the Commission in order to continue the elaboration of a draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms.
