摘要
Decides to observe, during its 45th session, the 40th anniversary of multilateral technical co-operation for development within the UN system and also decides that Wednesday, 24 Oct. 1990, UN Day shall be the day for the commemoration of this anniversary; invites the Secretary-General, in close co-operation with the Administrator of UNDP, to make the necessary preparations for the celebration of the anniversary, and also invites all organs, organizations and bodies of the UN system engaged in technical co-operation to contribute to the preparations.
