Refers to Secretary-General's letter dated 7 Oct. 2013 (S/2013/591) and reports that members of the Security Council have taken note of the establishment of a Joint Mission of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and the UN to eliminate chemical weapons in the Syrian Arab Republic and states that the Security Council authorizes the establishment of the Joint Mission.
