Draws attention to alleged meetings between the Force Intervention Brigade of the UN Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) and the Forces démocratiques de libération du Rwanda (FDLR), increase collaboration between the Forces armées de la République Démocratique du Congo (FARDC) and FDLR, and the delivery of ammunition to FDLR by FARDC officers; states that these developments constitute a threat to Rwanda's security and stability in the region.
