Refers to Security Council resolution 833 (1993) concerning the maintenance of the physical representation of the international boundary between Iraq and Kuwait; informs that the Governments of Iraq and Kuwait had signed a memorandum of understanding establishing a bilateral technical arrangement for the physical representation of the their boundary and thereby the responsibilities of the Secretary-General under the resolution have been discharged.
