Reports that, according to the rotation agreement among the States members of the Eastern European Group for membership in the UN Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), the Czech Republic is relinquishing its seat on UNCITRAL as of 7 July 2013 in order for Belarus to take office on the 1st day of the 46th session of the Commission, which is to start on 8 July 2013.
