Transmits letter dated 15 Mar. 2012 from the Minister for Foreign Affairs concerning the official statement of Ethiopia which allegedly stated that "its army has carried out an incursion 18 kms deep into sovereign Eritrean territory to conduct an attack on Eritrean army outposts"; urges the Security Council to take appropriate measures to rectify these acts.
