Refers to para. 14 of Security Council resolution 1284 (1999) and the letter from the President of the Security Council (S/2008/206); proposes to allocate resources sufficient to finance the activities of the UN High-Level Coordinator for Missing Kuwaitis and Third-Country Citizens and Missing Kuwaiti Property and his support staff until 30 June 2012 in the amount of US$245,300 and suggests that these funds be earmarked from the fund balance of the Escrow Account created pursuant to Council resolution 1958 (2010).
