Transmits letter dated 5 Feb. 2011 from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand reporting allegations of armed attacks in Phu Ma Khua in Thai territory by Cambodian troops on 4 and 5 Feb. 2011 and that Thai troops retaliated in self-defence; reaffirms Thailand's commitment to working closely and in good faith with Cambodia to achieve a peaceful resolution of the differences between the 2 countries.
