Submitted pursuant to the request contained in the statement of the President of the Security Council of 26 Sept. 2001 (S/PRST/2001/25); updates the political, socio-economic, security, humanitarian and human rights developments in the Central African Republic and on the activities of the UN Integrated Peacebuilding Office in the Central African Republic (BINUCA) since the last report on 10 June 2010 (S/2010/295); also provides an update on efforts to strengthen the ongoing integration process and to mobilize resources for the effective functioning of the Office.
