Summary
Authorizes the Secretary-General to enter into commitments for the period from 1 July-31 Dec. 2010 in a total amount not exceeding US$380 million for the operation of the Mission; decides to apportion among Member States the amount of $221,666,700 for the period from 1 July-15 Oct. 2010; also decides that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of $4,794,900; decides to apportion among Member States the amount of $158,333,300 for the period from 16 Oct.-31 Dec. 2010; decides that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of $3,425,000; also decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the UN Stabilization Mission in Haiti the amount of $23,041,700 for the period from 1 July 2010-30 June 2011, comprising $19,514,400 for the support account for peacekeeping operations and $3,527,300 for the UN Logistics Base; decides to apportion among Member States the amount of $23,041,700; decides that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of $1,898,000; also decides that, for Member States that have fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their apportionment their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of $9,038,800 in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2009; decides that, for Member States that have not fulfilled their financial obligations to the Mission, there shall be set off against their outstanding obligations their respective share of the unencumbered balance and other income in the total amount of $9,038,800 in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2009; decides that the increase in the estimated staff assessment income of $167,400 in respect of the financial period ended 30 June 2009 shall be added to the credits from the amount of $9,038,800.
