Resolves that, for the year 2010: budget appropriations consisting of US$2,578,014,550 being half of the appropriation of $5,156,029,100 approved for the biennium 2010-2011, minus $67,745,000, being the net decrease in revised appropriations for the biennium 2008-2009, offset by the amount of 45 million dollars not assessed pursuant to section XII of its resolution 63/263 of 24 Dec. 2008, shall be financed in accordance with regulations 3.1 and 3.2 of the Financial Regulations and Rules of the United Nations; there shall be set off against the assessment on Member States, in accordance with the provisions of General Assembly resolution 973 (X) of 15 Dec. 1955, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund in the total amount of US$236,006,150.
