Decides to approve resources US$29,459,792 proposed for the biennium 2010-2011 under sec. 13 (International Trade Centre UNCTAD/WTO); approves expenses totalling $154,749,100 for the biennium 2010-2011 and a revised estimate of $109,757,800 for the biennium 2008-2009 for the administration of the Fund; approves the additional $1,438,800 above the level of resources set out in sec. 1 (Overall policymaking, direction and coordination) of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2010-2011 as the UN share of the cost of the administrative expenses of the central secretariat of the Fund; approves the request for a subvention to the UN Institute for Disarmament Research of $558,200 for the biennium 2010-2011; approves a charge totalling $569,526,500 dollars net against the provision for special political missions requested in sec. 3 (Political affairs) of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2010-2011; decides that the overall provision for special political missions should be 1 billion dollars; decides to revert to the issue of the 83.1 million dollars from the medical and dental reserve funds included in the proposal of the Secretary-General on the funding of after-service health insurance liabilities; approves the gross budget for the Joint Inspection Unit for the biennium 2010-2011 of $13,075,300; approves the gross budget for the International Civil Service Commission for the biennium 2010-2011 of $17,755,900; approves the gross jointly financed budget of the Department of Safety and Security for the biennium 2010-2011 of $242,040,500.
