Transmits statement of the Ministers for Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, who express their support for the initiative of the Russian Federation to develop and conclude an European Security treaty, as well as the intention of the States members of the Collective Security Treaty Organization to contribute to furthering that initiative in various international environments.
