Decides that the cost of any equipment purchased in a foreign currency by a troop-contributing country as well as the salary of any troop paid in a foreign currency may be reported in that currency; decides to approve the increase in the number of days of recreational leave allowance paid to members of the military contingents and formed police units from 7 to 15.
