摘要
Transmits letters dated 27 and 29 May 2009 from the Presidents of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda respectively requesting the expansion of the Appeals Chamber, extension of the term of office of judges, exceeding temporarily the statutory maximum number of ad litem judges and allow one judge to engage in another occupation in his home country.
