Transmits the text of the Convention the Transfer and Use of Data of the Remote Sensing of the Earth from Outer Space, which was signed in Moscow on 19 May 1978 by Cuba, Czechoslovakia, the German Democratic Republic, Hungary, Mongolia, Poland, Romania and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics and which, after its entry into force, will be opened for accession by all other States.
