Transmits, in their capacities as Chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement, Chairman of the Group of Arab States, Chairman of the Group of African States and Chairman of the OIC Group of States, request to the Security Council to defer, in accordance with art. 16 of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, the process initiated by the International Criminal Court for the prosecution of the President of the Sudan.
