Legislative Guide on Secured Transactions of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly

Expresses its appreciation to the UN Commission on International Trade Law for the completion and adoption of the Legislative Guide on Secured Transactions; requests the Secretary-General to disseminate broadly the text of the Legislative Guide, transmitting it to Governments and other interested bodies, such as national and international financial institutions and chambers of commerce; recommends also that all States continue to consider becoming party to the UN Convention on the Assignment of Receivables in International Trade, the principles of which are also reflected in the Legislative Guide.
