Reports that on 1 Dec. 2008, 2 Israeli gunboats allegedly intercepted a Libyan ship which was headed to the port of the Gaza Strip in order to deliver humanitarian aid and made it turn back; requests the Security Council to take urgent action in order to allow the ship to enter the port and unload its cargo.
