Резюме
Calls for the lifting of the severe restrictions imposed on the Palestinian people; stresses the need to preserve the national unity and the territorial integrity of the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem; demands that Israel comply with the Protocol on Economic Relations between the Government of Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization signed in Paris on 29 April 1994; calls upon Israel to restore and replace civilian properties; reiterates the call for the full implementation of the Agreement on Movement and Access of 15 November 2005; also reaffirms that Israel's ongoing construction of the wall in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including in and around East Jerusalem, is contrary to international law; decides to include the item entitled "Economic and social repercussions of the Israeli occupation on the living conditions of the Palestinian people in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and the Arab population in the occupied Syrian Golan" in the agenda of its substantive session of 2009.
