Резюме
Transmits 2 letters from the President of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia requesting the extension of the terms of office of the permanent and ad litem judges elected to serve with the Tribunal in 2005 and whose terms of office expire on 16 Nov. 2009 and 23 Aug. 2009, respectively and requests the approval of the Security Council, as the parent organ of the Tribunal, as the statute of the Tribunal does not provide for the extension of the terms of office of the Tribunal's judges.
