Proposes to add a note at the end of para. 7.1.3.2.3 in order to clarify which alkali metal nitrates and alkaline earth metal nitrates classified as dangerous goods may be transported together with blasting explosives and to amend the alphabetic index of substances to include a reference for Rubidium nitrate.
