Refers to the Secretary-General's letter dated 27 July 2007 (S/2007/476) and the letter of the President of the Security Council dated 8 Nov. 2007 (S/2007/661); encloses note on the arrangements for terminating the operations relating to the letters of credit raised against the UN Iraq Account under Security Council resolution 1483 (2003); also encloses minutes with a summary of the understandings reached in the meeting between representatives of the Government of Iraq and the UN Secretariat regarding the termination of operations of the Oil-for-Food Programme, held in Jordan Valley, Jordan, 20-21 Nov. 2007; also includes a list of letters of credit for which the Central Bank of Iraq requested cancellation.
