Financing of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitarian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991 : resolution / adopted by the General Assembly

Endorses the conclusions and recommendations contained in section III.A of the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions; resolves that, for the biennium 2006-2007, the amount of US$326,573,900 shall be adjusted by the amount of $22,405,400, for a total amount of $348,979,300; decides to revert to the issue of funding of the pension-related liabilities of the International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia at its 64th session; decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the Tribunal a total amount of $347,566,900 for the biennium 2008-2009; decides that the financing of the appropriation for the biennium 2008-2009 under the Special Account shall take into account the estimated income of $265,300 for the biennium 2008-2009; decides to apportion the amount of $98,050,450 among Member States in accordance with the scale of assessments applicable to the regular budget of UN for 2008 and the scale of assessments applicable to peacekeeping operations for 2008; decides that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the estimated staff assessment income of $18,890,600 approved for the Tribunal for 2008.
