Summary
Reports that the Secretary-General's letter and note dated 25 July 2007 (S/2007/476) concerning the processing of letters of credit pertaining to the Oil-for-Food Programme have been brought to the attention of the members of the Security Council and states that members of the Council have addressed another letter to the Permanent Representative of Iraq urging the Government to do its utmost to expedite the processing of the remaining letters in order to achieve the timely termination of the programme.
