Requests the Committee for Development Policy to continue developing a consistent set of criteria that can be applied to all recommendations regarding the inclusion in and graduation from the list of least developed countries; endorses the recommendation of the Committee that Samoa be graduated from the list of least developed countries; recommends that the General Assembly take note of the recommendation of the Committee that Samoa be graduated from the list of least developed countries.
