Refers to Secretary-General's letter dated 10 Oct. 2007 (S/2007/609) and informs that his intention to appoint Judge Mohamed Amin El Mahdi (Egypt) and Judge Erik Møse (Norway) as the two judges on the selection panel, as well as Nicolas Michel, Under-Secretary-General for Legal Affairs, the Legal Counsel, as his representative has been brought to the attention of the members of the Security Council.
