Reports the discovery of 3 mass graves on 6 Sept. 2007 about 40 km northwest of the provincial capital Goma in a base abandoned 3 days earlier by men under Laurent Nkunda and requests the Security Council to make every effort to help it enforce the international arrest warrant issued against the individual.
