Decides to establish the following posts: Fire Chief (Field Service) in the Security and Safety Section; Human Resources Officer (P-3) in the Human Resources Section; Human Resources Officer (Field Service) in the Aviation Section; and Warehouse Supervisor (Field Service) in the Property Management Section; decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the UN Organization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo the amount of US$1,166,721,000 for the period from 1 July 2007-30 June 2008, inclusive of $1,112,739,500 for the maintenance of the Mission, $46,427,000 for the support account for peacekeeping operations and $7,554,500 for the UN Logistics Base; decides also to apportion among Member States the amount of $583,360,500 for the period from 1 July-31 Dec. 2007; decides further that there shall be set off against the apportionment among Member States, as provided for in paragraph 19 above, their respective share in the Tax Equalization Fund of the amount of $13,113,800, comprising the estimated staff assessment income of $10,494,550 approved for the Mission, the prorated share of $2,362,900 of the estimated staff assessment income approved for the support account and the prorated share of $256,350 of the estimated staff assessment income approved for the UN Logistics Base; decides to apportion among Member States the amount of $583,360,500 for the period from 1 Jan.-30 June 2008 at a monthly rate of $97,226,750.
