摘要

Takes note of the note by the Secretary-General transmitting the report of the Executive Director of the UN Population Fund on the 2006 award; invites Member States to make voluntary contributions to the trust fund in order to generate adequate investment income and sustain the award; welcomes additional contributions from foundations, individuals and other sources.
