Alleges that the Greek Cypriot side is pursuing a provocative policy by signing an "Agreement in the Field of Defence" with France in contravention of the Treaties of Establishment, Alliance and Guarantee of 1960 and requests that Security Council resolution 186 (1964) be revisited due to the facts that have emerged on the Cyprus issue following the simultaneous referendums on the United Nations Settlement Plan.
