Summary
Transmits letter dated 28 Feb. 2007 from the Registrar of the International Criminal Court requesting the General Assembly to consider amending the pension scheme regulations for the judges of the International Court of Justice, International Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in order to ensure that no former judge of any of these courts receives a UN pension while serving as a judge in the International Criminal Court.
