Informs that a comprehensive biannual report on fundamental standards of humanity (E/CN.4/2006/87) was submitted to the 62nd session of the Commission on Human Rights pursuant to its decision 2004/118, and that the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights will submit a biannual report on the issue at the Mar.-Apr. 2008 session of the Human Rights Council.
