Montserrat

Calls upon the administering Power, the specialized agencies and other organizations of the UN system, as well as regional and other organizations, to continue to provide assistance to the Territory in alleviating the consequences of the volcanic eruption; welcomes the convening of a committee of the House of Assembly in 2005 to review the 2002 report of the Constitutional Review Commission, and the subsequent discussions between the elected Government and the administering Power on constitutional advancement and devolution of power.
