Takes note of the Baku Accord on Regional Cooperation against Illicit Drugs and Related Matters: a Vision for the 21st Century, the text of which is annexed to the present resolution; urges Member States to take appropriate measures to combat the traffic in narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in accordance with the Baku Accord on Regional Cooperation against Illicit Drugs and Related Matters and the relevant resolutions of the Commission on Narcotic Drugs.
