Refers to the Presidential statement of 21 Dec. 2005 (S/PRST/2005/64) on the comprehensive review of the Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate and suggests that the Security Council may wish to consider adopting an approach whereby the Executive Directorate submits its semi-annual reports and programmes of work directly to the Counter-Terrorism Committee and not through the Secretary-General as is the current practice.
