Резюме
Urges States that have not yet done so to become parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Optional Protocols thereto as a matter of priority and to implement them fully; condemns all forms of violence against children, and urges States to take effective legislative and other measures to prevent and eliminate all such violence; also condemns the abduction of children; strongly condemns any recruitment or use of children in armed conflict contrary to international law.
