Decides that the Central African Republic, the Comoros, Georgia, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, the Niger, Somalia and Tajikistan should be permitted to vote in the General Assembly until the end of its 61st session; decides that Sao Tome and Principe should be permitted to vote in the General Assembly until the end of its 61st session.
