Transmits the set of principles and decision by the leaders of the Greek and Turkish Cypriot communities signed on 8 July 2006 in Nicosia in the presence of the Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs, dispatched to Turkey, Greece and Cyprus from 3 to 9 July 2006 in the framework of the good offices mission of the Secretary-General.
