Draws attention to the report of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights (E/CN.4/2006/24) containing information on activities of the Office of the High Commissioner relating to implementation of the right to development, implementation of Commission on Human Rights and General Assembly resolutions on the right to development, and inter-agency cooperation in that regard; also draws attention to the Secretary-General's report submitted in accordance with General Assembly resolution 59/185 entitled "The right to development" (A/60/286).
