Summary
Welcomes the continuing constitutional review process led by the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands in cooperation with the administering Power; takes note of the statement made by the Chief Minister of the Territory at the Caribbean regional seminar held in Canouan, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, 17-19 May 2005, that his Government was in favour of a reasonable period of full internal self-government before moving to independence.
